Michelle has worked all over the country and internationally experiencing what the world offers in different styles of massage. In her journeys, she has picked up unique techniques that give her massage a fresh new feeling. Her practice is therapeutic massage with focused intent to treat; muscle tension, pathologies, and repetitive strain injuries. Life of course is not all business. Michelle enjoys relaxation style and techniques that make you sink deeply into the table and never want to leave.

Michelle furthered her education in health care and became a member of the Alberta College of Paramedics as an Emergency Medical Responder in 2013. She became a Primary Care Paramedic in 2016. She has been working with Alberta Health Services in the Calgary Metro area in Emergency Medical Services since 2018 and she balances the two professions”

Nadine Flundra RMT,2200hrs

Nadine Flundra is a graduate of the Mount Royal Massage Therapy program in Calgary AB in 2002. She has been practicing massage therapy for 20 years. Nadine recertified her education in 2021 in Calgary AB at the fully accredited Vicars School of Massage Therapy. She is recognized as a 2200-hour therapist and claimable through insurance companies. Direct Billing is available through Gravitate Massage Therapy.

“I am a service-minded massage therapist with knowledge in a wide range of massage methods and techniques, ranging from relaxation, therapeutic to remedial forms of therapy. My areas of interest include; Fascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, TMJD, Deep Tissue Massage, Concussion and Head Trauma Injuries and treating the hip/pelvis.”-Nadine

Nadine started her massage therapy profession working in diverse settings and clinics gaining a solid foundation of the human body and treatments accordingly. She started a family, married and took time for her family. She has always kept massage therapy as a huge passion in her life and recertified after taking the time for her family.

Nadine describes herself as solution-orientated, empathetic and kind. Her smile is engaging which matches her friendly and outgoing demeanour.
